CURRENT STAFF NEEDS

Learn how to have a FREE HOLIDAY at beautiful Tahlee - God's Jewel

TRAINING PROGRAM MANAGER (Principal)

Tahlee Ministries Inc. requires a person experienced in post-secondary Christian training to head up its Training Division. The Training Program Manager oversees all training provided by Tahlee Ministries Inc. (TMI)

TMI's Training Division,
including Tahlee Bible College, is undergoing many changes at present. There is, therefore, the need for a person with passion and vision and who is prepared to develop new and dynamic programs in cutting edge thinking and initiatives, for example, in training for youth, discipleship training, and family ministries.

Formal Christian Ministry or Theological qualifications are essential, and it is preferable that the applicant has experience in the delivery of post-secondary Christian training. The applicant will also need the administrative skills to engage in course development and design and the accreditation of courses with government authorities. Experience in these areas will be useful, along with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification.

Tahlee Ministries Inc. is a faith-based ministry and no remuneration is paid. However, we provide housing at the Tahlee site for single and married staff, along with most services and a food allowance.

SHORT-TERM CHRISTIAN VOLUNTEER WORKERS

Volunteer individuals or teams with trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting or computers, are needed to help develop the Tahlee facilities on an occasional basis.

We are undertaking many projects here to restore and renew the historical buildings and upgrade the entire property, including accommodation facilities,  grounds and gardens.

Why not become a "Friend of Tahlee" and help us restore this spectacular site by volunteering a little or a lot.

We need your help!

Remuneration:

All full-time and short-term staff of TMI are provided with accommodation at Tahlee on the beautiful waterfront of Port Stephens, food, utilities and ministry-related expenses. For additional financial needs staff members need to develop a team of personal prayer and financial supporters or through other independent sources.

Tahlee Ministries Inc. is a non-profit mission, dependent on the Lord for the provision of its needs.
